Why Juno?
It’s in the vision, and the ease.
Building a custom home is an extraordinary opportunity, typically reserved for the few. However, typical high-end residential projects take between three to four years to complete, with a tremendous number of touchpoints and potential for unexpected surprises like cost overruns, problematic construction processes, and mid-stream design changes.
Juno Homes removes all the uncertainty while preserving the excitement of a custom high-end residence. Using our library of precision-engineered timber systems, concept-driven layouts, detail-oriented material selections, and construction know-how, we shorten the build timeframe, lower costs, and spare the client the headache and hassle of a full-scope experience.
Each home is site-specific, and customizable according to client desires. Juno can do a one-bedroom aging-in-place cottage on the Montauk shore, or a five-bedroom house for a Southampton family to grow into, all with the same attention to spatial flow, rich tactility, and a feeling of ease and lightness. Drawing on our team’s decades of experience designing for ultra-demanding clients has given us the understanding of what people want in a home, and how to give it to them with efficiency, quality, and expertise.
Juno Homes offers consistency and quality:
Custom craftsmanship meets an economy of scale.
Flexibility meets reliability.
An emphasis on materials meets an understanding of design.

Who is Juno?
Juno Homes was founded on the belief that attaining extraordinary residential architecture can be a frictionless, enjoyable, client-centered experience. Lead designer Peter Sabbeth, working with a team of experienced homebuilders who have successfully designed and built hundreds of homes across the globe, has established a core design language for each Juno Home, one that emphasizes Scandinavian-inflected clarity, contemporary American warmth, and a timeless design sensibility rooted in tactility, visual delight, and a feeling of restorative calm.
That core design language is articulated throughout our pre-built residences, and offers the basis for our custom builds.
