Melissa Kelly

Melissa Kelly is the Chief Financial Officer at Juno Homes, where she brings more than 25 years of strategic finance and leadership experience developed throughout the United States and Canada. Melissa began her finance career in the AEC industry and has held executive leadership roles at companies specializing in luxury residential construction, architecture, real estate development, and private lending. This extensive experience has equipped her with a depth of holistic industry understanding and complex problem-solving capabilities, which she brings to Juno Homes. Melissa also currently works with Juno Homes co-founder Peter Sabbeth as the CFO of his architecture practice, Sabbeth Projects. Previously, she worked with Peter as the Director of Finance at Modern Green Homes. Melissa received her Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Victoria.
