Peter Sabbeth
Founder & Chief Visionary
Peter Sabbeth is the founder and lead designer at Juno Homes, where he applies his decades of experience leading high-end residential design projects to each of the company’s luxury spec homes. In addition to his role at Juno Homes, Peter is the founder and principal of Sabbeth Projects, an architecture firm based in New York City. Trained as a fine art painter, Peter began his design career in the mid-1990s, working on luxury lofts in Brooklyn’s DUMBO neighborhood. He later founded Modern Green Home, a design-build company in the Hamptons that blended his artistic roots with a non-traditional approach to home design.
A decade later, Peter co-founded Oza Sabbeth Architects with Nilay Oza, launching a formally inventive, ecologically sensitive architecture studio that helped redefine the design landscape of the Hamptons. Their work has been nationally and internationally recognized in publications such as Wallpaper, The New York Times, and Architectural Record. Peter has been praised for the clarity of his design vision, his commitment to client satisfaction, and the exceptional quality of his builds. He holds a degree from Tufts University and is a 20-year member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
Lars Kristian Petersson
Founder
Lars Kristian Petersson is a Swedish entrepreneur and investor, and a co-founder and charmain at Juno Homes. Lars is also the founder and chairman of KP Confidencia, an investment and operating group working across construction, manufacturing, real estate, and sustainable housing in the Middle East, Scandinavia, and North America. Since founding KP Confidencia in 1992, he has built a portfolio of businesses that operate in 12 countries, employ more than 650 people, and generate over $200 million in annual revenue.
Lars’s vision for Juno Homes is informed by his dedication to advancing sustainable, industrialized construction through innovative housing platforms, including Kingshaus, a company specializing in luxury prefabricated homes. With over three decades of experience successfully building and scaling international businesses, Lars brings a strategic oversight and long-term perspective to Juno Home’s growth. As chairman, he provides governance across the company’s development pipeline, financing structure, and expansion strategy.

Massi Surratt
Massi Surratt is a licensed architect based in New York City, where she specializes in high-end residential design. Prior to joining the design team at Juno Homes,Massi worked as an architectural designer at the New York offices of Olson Kundig, and Diller Scofidio + Renfro. During her time at both practices she cultivated an expertise in designing complex, large-scale projects and contributed to award-winning residential, hospitality, and corporate buildings across the East Coast.
To her work at Juno Homes, she brings experience creating conceptually driven, rigorously executed designs and a comprehensive understanding of what makes residences sophisticated, functional, and deeply personal. Massi received her Bachelor of Architecture with Highest Honors from Pratt Institute, where she has taught as an adjunct professor since 2023.
Viktor Petersson
Founder
Viktor is a co-founder and director at Juno Homes, where he leads the team through day-to-day operations and drives the company’s strategic direction. In his work at Juno Homes, Viktor is concerned with how off-site manufactured building systems and thoughtful design can come together to deliver better living environments. Alongside Peter, he is responsible for the company's governance, strategy, partnerships, financing, and go-to-market approach.
Viktor brings an international perspective shaped by his experience working across finance, construction, and technology in multiple markets. He is also a director at KP Confidencia—an international investment and operating group working across construction, manufacturing, real estate, and sustainable housing throughout the Middle East, Scandinavia, and North America—where he oversees a portfolio of businesses as an active investor. His early career was spent working in both public and private sectors across healthcare, financial services, and energy, and as a consultant specializing in mergers and acquisitions at PwC.
Philip Ebbersten
Philip Ebbersten is a Swedish executive management professional with over 20 years of international experience building high-growth organizations in Australia, Africa, and Europe. Philip is also a director at KP Confidencia, where he manages Kingshaus, a Dubai-based company specializing in luxury prefabricated homes. He is the co-founder and CEO of Kupatana, which he helped grow into the largest classified ads platform in Tanzania with close to 1 million registered users. In 2020, the company was acquired by Euroafrica Digital Ventures. Prior to his work in Africa, Philip expanded the operations of KPS Ltd, which brings interior spaces to life through innovative design, market leading fit-out, and interior construction services and an extensive portfolio of renowned furniture brands. Most recently, Philip has served as a management consultant at Invocare AB, a Dubai-based investment company.
